Form, costs and delivery time

The delivery time is made up of the production time and the shipping time.


Note: on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no delivery.


The normal production time is between 1 and 7 days from the arrival of the order; depending on our production load.

Má sends the orders to its clients resident in the Iberian Peninsula through different transport companies, within a maximum period of 24 hours. Residents of the Balearic Islands receive their order by post within a maximum period of 3-5 days. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The maximum delivery time to Europe is 5-10 days and to the rest of the world it is 10-15 days.


Má undertakes to replace any order that has been damaged or lost by the transport agency within a reasonable time.


5. Legal guarantee, returns and exchanges

5.1. Legal guarantee


In the event of a defective product, Má will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the client. 5.2. Changes and returns (right of withdrawal)


If the product is personalized, we do not accept changes or returns. If the product is for sale as is, without customization, the period for exchanges and returns will be 15 days


5.3. Process

You, Má will return the money of the purchase by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client or by credit to your credit / debit card.
